What financial services are Toynton Holdings Pty Ltd authorised to provide?
Our ACL and AFSL authorises us to carry on a financial services business to provide financial product advice for retail and wholesale clients in relation to the following class of financial products:
Basic deposit products
Examples of basic deposit products include:
· Home Loans;
· Business Loans;
· At call savings accounts;
· Merchant facilities;
· Online banking platforms;
· Working Capital Solutions;
· Everyday bank accounts.
How we get paid
Toynton holdings Pty Ltd works on both a commission and flat fee structure. This is based on both the type of work involved and the amount of time needed to complete the work. For example, a home loan may be paid via commission from the lender and a business loan may be paid via a flat fee.
A quote is provided and the fee agreed upon prior to work commencing.
Details of our dispute resolutions procedures
If you are unhappy with the service provided by Scott Toynton as a representative of Toynton Holdings Pty Ltd you can contact us directly either by email or phone.
We take complaints seriously and will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
To assist you in any complaints or disputes Toynton Holdings Pty Ltd has:
Established internal dispute resolution procedures;
Membership of an independent complaints resolution scheme- the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS);
Professional Indemnity Insurance covering representatives and employees. Note that this insurance will cover claims in relation to the conduct of employees who no longer work for us (but who did at the time of the relevant conduct).
If you wish to make a complaint about our services, in the first instance please contact Scott at scott@springview.com.au.
We will respond to your complaint promptly and seek to reach a satisfactory resolution directly with you.
If the outcome of this is not satisfactory to you, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Services Limited, of which Toynton Holdings Pty Ltd is a member (Member No 40081).
